Core Disclosure
Project Nothing is an experiment lab and a subscription to nothing. If you choose to subscribe, you are knowingly paying for a recurring patronage relationship that provides no goods, no services, and no hidden member benefit.
The site, language, and experiment surfaces may evolve, but that core commercial promise does not change.
Using the Site
You may browse the public site, subscribe, cancel, and participate in public observation surfaces only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated abuse to disrupt public pages or admin systems.
We may suspend or block abusive access when needed to protect the experiment and the people using it.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not convert the subscription into a product fulfillment relationship, because nothing is owed beyond the stated disclosure.
Refunds
Project Nothing offers a 14-day refund window for an initial subscription and allows cancellation at any time for future billing. The detailed refund rules, process, and billing-error handling live on the dedicated refund page.

Privacy and Data
We collect only the information needed to operate the site, process payments, secure admin surfaces, and understand traffic patterns. Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Project Nothing.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the experiment evolves, but we will not quietly turn the subscription into a hidden product or service. Material updates will appear on this page with a new effective date.
