14-Day Guarantee
If you subscribe and immediately regret paying for nothing, you have 14 days from your initial subscription to request a full refund.
No questions asked. Buyer's remorse is real, even when buying nothing.
After 14 Days
Monthly payments become non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
When you cancel, you retain access to nothing until the end of your billing period.
How to Request
Within 14 days:
- 1. Access the Stripe Customer Portal
- 2. Request a refund for your initial payment
- 3. We'll process within 5-10 business days
Refunds return to your original payment method.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Note: No prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you've received the full month's worth of nothing.
Billing Errors
If charged in error (duplicate, incorrect amount), contact us immediately. We'll investigate and issue a refund if appropriate. Mistakes happen, even in the business of nothing.
