In ChatGPT, share the conversation to get a link (chatgpt.com/share/…). Paste that link into Verbatim and press Download .md — the file arrives with both speakers in order and code blocks kept as fenced code. Plain text works the same way via the .txt button.

No. Verbatim is a web page: no install, no permissions over your browsing, no signup. The transcript passes through memory on its way to your download and is gone when it arrives — nothing is stored.
